Faulty/damaged items: 
Please provide a photo of the damaged/faulty items and we'll either offer a replacement, refund or gift voucher. 

Change of mind: 
We do not offer exchanges, but we are happy to refund for change of mind within 14 days of you receiving your items, provided that they are unused and in original condition and packaging.

You will need to cover the cost of return postage to Batehaven (with tracking) and pack the items securely with adequate padding to protect from breakages (ideally in the same manner it was sent to you). We will not refund until we receive the item back in tact. 

Extended returns for Christmas gifts:
Enjoy peace of mind with your gift shopping and an extended returns period until 9th January on all purchases from 1st November until 31st December.
